8. Booking Terms
8.1 Reservation Process
- Bookings can be made in two ways:
- Direct booking via phone (+91 9880908130) or email (inshasuroor@gmail.com)
- Via third-party platforms such as Airbnb
- For direct bookings, we request your name, email, and phone number
- No user account or sign-up is required to inquire about or book our properties
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
8.2 Payment & Booking Methods
- Bookings can be completed through our direct contact methods (phone or email)
- For Airbnb bookings, payment is handled directly through Airbnb's secure platform
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified
- Applicable taxes and fees will be communicated during the booking process
- Coorg Retreats does not collect or process payment information on this website
8.3 Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Up to 30 days before check-in date
- 50% Refund: 15-30 days before check-in
- No Refund: Less than 15 days before check-in
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- For Airbnb bookings, Airbnb's cancellation policy applies
8.4 Modification of Bookings
- Booking modifications (dates, number of guests) are subject to availability
- Additional charges may apply if changes increase the booking cost
- Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date
9. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear
- Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
- No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the booked group size
- Smoking is prohibited inside all properties
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing
- Guests must follow all house rules provided at check-in
- Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings
10. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM (key collection upon arrival)
- Check-out: 11:00 AM (keys must be returned)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges
- Guests are responsible for collecting keys and checking property condition at check-in
11. Liability and Insurance
Coorg Retreats is not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to guest personal property
- Injuries or accidents occurring on the property (guests assume all risks)
- Natural disasters, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances
- Service interruptions or changes beyond our control
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering accommodation-related issues.
12. House Rules
Guests must comply with all house rules provided at booking confirmation and at the property. Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
13. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, videos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Coorg Retreats or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.
14. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our website, you grant Coorg Retreats a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content for any purpose.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
